Scott Anderson

Scott is an attorney that practices in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, and the surrounding counties. His practice focuses primarily on probate/estate administration and estate planning; but he also handles probate litigation such as Will contests and Trust litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, contracts, and corporate formations/mergers.

Scott’s career has been mostly in private practice, as a solo practitioner. Prior to his current position Scott served as the Attorney for the Jefferson County Public Administrator/Assistant Public Administrator; during which he became one of the most experienced probate attorneys in the state.

Scott received his J.D. from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2013, and his B.S. from the University of Louisville. Prior to law school Scott was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served one campaign tour overseas. Scott lives in the Louisville, KY with his wife and three children. He dedicates his time away from the office to his family, woodworking, and DIY renovating.
